As your personal trainer, I'm not only here to count your reps or design your workout plans. I'm your strategist, accountability partner, educator, and biggest advocate on this journey. My role extends far beyond creating programs—I'm here to build your self-sufficiency, decode your body's signals, and help you navigate the inevitable ebbs and flows of a fitness lifestyle.

Hi — I'm Lē (rhymes with "we"). I'm a fitness professional with a quarter century of experience, a deep love for Mid-Century women, and zero patience for programs that don't actually fit real life.
I've spent my career in the trenches — personal training, group fitness, virtual coaching, and education — working with women who are navigating the beautiful, complicated, sometimes infuriating terrain of midlife.
Sandwiched between two generations and navigating the hormonal wilderness, I want you to love your body as your own. Not as a stranger's. I am in this season with you. And I know what's possible in it.
My approach is progressive, not aggressive. By establishing adaptive responses, we celebrate what your body can do — and we keep going.
